Trust your inner child, listen to its soft voice. Listen to its needs, maybe it needs a hug, some love or the healing of old trauma and wounds.

Also listen to its passions and joy. Because what we did as a little child just for fun is what really makes our hearts sing. Maybe it's painting, maybe it's dancing, maybe it's acting or taking care of animals. Whatever it is, do it more often.

Your inner child also doesn't take itself too serious and doesn't care what other people think. Do you want to run through the fields or jump into the ocean and play with the water? Do it.

Spend more time with your inner child and you will slowly find back to yourself. To your playful, funny, crazy, wild and adventurous self that you once were.
